This privacy policy has been drawn up to enable any person who interacts with the ADF (hereafter "you" or "your") to understand which data is collected by the French Dental Association and for what purposes, as well as their rights with regard the collection and processing of this data.
This privacy policy is available on the ADF websites http://www.adf.asso.fr and http://www.adfcongres.com (hereafter "websites").
This privacy policy may be amended from time to time. All modifications will be effectively integrated only after you have been informed of them, e.g. via a banner on the websites or by any other means available. Should amendments be made, the date specified above for the "latest update" will be changed. The new version of the policy will come into force on that date.
The data controller responsible for the collection and processing of personal data as laid out in this privacy policy is the Association dentaire française, an organisation governed by the French law on associations published on 1st July 1901, located at 22 avenue de la Grande Armée, 75017 Paris, France, represented by its Secretaries General (hereafter "ADF", "we", "us" or "our").

The data is collected and processed with the appropriate guarantees: it concerns only the members or former members of the ADF or persons who are in regular contact with the ADF, in connection with the ADF's purposes. This data is not disclosed outside of the ADF without your consent.
The ADF uses the personal data collected in the situations described above only for specific and legitimate aims, which are strictly within the scope of its activities, in accordance with its purposes.
Basically, these aims are as follows:

All these service providers are ADF sub-contractors who expressly commit in writing neither to divulge nor to use the information they have about you for any purpose other than the organisation of the annual dental meeting. They have the contractual obligation to implement confidentiality and safety measures at least equivalent to those laid out in this privacy policy;
The ADF keeps your personal data in an identifiable form only for as long as is strictly necessary to accomplish the purpose of the processing. For example:

Moreover, should you object to the processing of your personal data or ask for it to be erased, some of the data may be kept in order to enable the ADF to comply with its legal obligations.
You also have the right to give instructions regarding the storage, deleting and disclosure of your personal data after your death.
